APTT)はプロ\nトロンビン時間(prothrombin time; PT)とともに最も一般的に行われる凝固検査である。\nAPTT の延長は,凝固因子欠乏や凝固因子インヒビター,またはループスアンチコアグラント\n(lupus anticoagulant; LA)の存在など血液凝固疾患の存在が示唆され,このような凝固時間が\n延長した際のスクリーニングとして交差混合試験(cross mixing test;
