の効果を5Hz,250Hz,2000Hz の異なる3種類の感覚刺激による定量的閾値評価法,酸化ストレス・抗酸化力測定法,Western blot法を用いて検討した。その結果,ベンゾピレン中毒ラットでは5Hz,250Hz の電気刺激周波数において,各群有意な閾値の変化はみられなかったが, 2000Hz の電気刺激周波数ではベンゾピレン投与群で感覚閾値の有意な上昇がみられ, その閾値上昇はβ-NMN の投与により有意に抑制された。Western blot 法を用いたcytochrome P450 (P450) 1A1 (CYP1A1),myelin basic protein (MBP), myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG)の発現検討では, ベンゾピレン投与群に対し,β-NMN の投与群でCYP1A1の発現増加の抑制傾向,MAG の発現低下の有意な抑制がみられた。しかし,MBP の発現に関しては群間有意な差はみられなかった。酸化ストレス度に関しては,ベンゾピレン投与群に対し,β-NMN 投与群で酸化ストレス状態の若干の改善傾向がみられたものの有意な効果は認められなかった。本研究の結果から,ベンゾピレンの毒性がAHR を介し,触・圧覚を伝えるAβ線維に作用することで軸索の変性を起こし,感覚異常等を発生させた可能性が示唆された。しかし,β-NMN
