sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"我々は,Amesテストにコンスタントフラックス法を導入したAmes変法を用いて,パーオキシナイトライト由来の変異に対する種々の物質の抗変異原性を評価した。含硫アミノ酸類では,抗変異原性の強さはL-メチオニン,L-システイン,タウリンの順であった。L-メチオニンは対照の復帰(変異)コロニーに対して100μMの濃度で50%に,1mMで16%に減じた。それ以外のアミノ酸では,L-トリプトファンが最も抗変異原性が強く,100μMの濃度で76%に,1mMで17%に復帰コロニーの数を減じたが,L-アラニンとL-アスパラギン酸はいずれもほとんど効果がなかった。ポリフェノール類では,ルチンが最も強く,次いでカフェイン,カテキンの順であった。ルチンは10μMで54%,100μMで10%に復帰コロニーを減じた。ビタミン類では,α-トコフェロールが最も強く,次いでアスコルビン酸,β-カロテンの順であった。Α-トコフェロールは100μMで52%に,1mMで6%に復帰コロニーを減じた。抗酸化作用があるポリフェノール類およびビタミン類は抗変異原性も示した。このことから,TA102株に対する変異原性は,パーオキシナイトライトのニトロ化作用よりむしろ酸化作用によるものと考えられた。パーオキシナイトライトを用いたこの反応系は,いろいろな物質の抗変異原性を評価する方法として有用である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"\n","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"熊本保健科学大学"}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"13487043","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{"affiliationNameIdentifier":"","affiliationNameIdentifierScheme":"ISNI","affiliationNameIdentifierURI":"http://www.isni.org/isni/"}],"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationName":"","affiliationNameLang":"ja"}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"桑原,
